   Mamas & Papas High Wycombe is without doubt our very store. The knowledge and help from all the staff is priceless and nothing is ever too much trouble. They have helped us from day one in picking a new Pram to high chars etc. We popped in yesterday for advice on a new car seat for our little one and Debbie was amazing, she gave us a good 45minutes to and an hour of her time to go through Various car seats and help us pick the best one that fits our needs. Everything was done with a smile to demonstrations of the car seats to the very end of actually ordering the perfect seat. So thank you so so much Debbie for all your help yesterday with everything and being so patient with us. You made the process so easy and effortless. Mamas & Papas High Wycombe are very lucky to have someone like Debbie. See you again soon. Adrian & Tash

   Visited to look at nursery furniture. Debbie was polite and helpful, making sure to give us all the information we needed so we knew how to order when we were ready. I later called the store to place my order with Maxine who was fantastic! Her phone manner was wonderful, she was so patient with me and incredibly helpful! The store is quite small and there was not as much to look at as I thought there would be. However the staff are all lovely!

   I was seen by a lady called Debbie. She wa amazing. I thought oh god here we go boring long old demo of pushchair sales chat and upsales of things I don't need. This is my 3rd child so I really didn't want the whole new mum.demo. surprisingly I told Debbie what I wanted that I needed to ask a few questions on these new flashy car seats with their spinning amd sliding amd dancing amd singing they can do theses days my last baby was 10yrs ago a car was a car seat these days it like Elon musk has invented them(lol) Debbie whizzed me through the new upgrades amd done a quick refresher demo on the pushchair was all done by within half and hour. I even purchased the cot thanks to Debbie I was able to get a cot at a unbeatable price and mattress. All in all I enjoyed the the appointment amd chat with Debbie. I didn't leave confused or with outstanding questions. I didn't waste a whole half a day listening to advice you really don't want to hear there was no pushy sales. Also being a 3rd time m can make you feel a bit silly to ask questions. However I felt more than comfortable to speck with Debbie and ask the qustions I had. Also being able to actually see amd touch the pushchair I wamted was helpfully. Thank you Debbie for making sure it was ready for me to view at the time of my appointment. Amazing member of staff. These are the type of staff you just can not find easy these days lovely helpful warm amd open nature she carried.

   An unpleasant experience, I ordered a pushchair that was supposed to come in 3-5 days . Two weeks have passed and it has not yet arrived . I do not recommend!!

   Drove a fair way to have a browse at the range for the first time. Had heard good things re Mamas and Papas but staff couldn’t have been less interested in myself and my husband, as it would have interrupted their conversation. Disappointing

   The staff isn’t the friendliest and apparently they employ a bunch of fresh graduates who are least concerned about customer service. All they do is stand behind the counter and and do the Invoicing m, if you ask them for any help they will have no clue of anything around. I was told if I shop for more than £1000 I will be eligible for £100 gift voucher that hasn’t arrived in many weeks now. When I reached out to staff for help, they would hang up on me saying they can’t help. Very rude and unprofessional. Highly dissatisfied, DO NOT visit this store unless you wish to stress yourself. If you get stuck they won’t help you so unless your purchase is straight forward you will be very stressed about dealing with these guys at the store.

   Disappointing customer service, I went to enquire about car seat for my son. The first assistant was lovely but her colleague keighleigh is really rude and a racist she couldn’t even be bothered to attend to the two black families in store when approached she was very abrupt. I was very dissatisfied with my experience. The store wasn’t even that busy.

   Huge shout out to Hannah. My wife and I scheduled a personal shopping appointment to get some help buying the big essentials for our first baby (as you can imagine - very daunting). Hannah was our personal shopper and we walked away super delighted with our purchases and we really appreciated the exceptional customer service. She was very down to earth, non-judgemental, never rushed our decision-making and went that extra mile to ensure we didn't have any lingering questions.
