    Next has everything - great fashion for the whole family - toilets and a Costa. Parking is excellent too. Based on two levels with the upper level having disabled bays and leads you straight into Costa and through to the collection area in the men’s fashion area.

    Waiting to purchase item waited for 5 mins for assistant to say to me abruptly are u waiting I said yes she told me to come here another till she signed on to,, i asked if I could have the hanger she told me unfortunately it’s policy we don’t give hangers which is odd because the week before I purchased an item and the assistant gave me the hanger. I politely asked her if they were short staffed and she said to me well we don’t sit on the tills all day we multitask I said to her I know I work in retail myself. Went there to pick up an online order the staff there were pleasant. But just to say be careful how you speak to customers if your having.a Bad day that’s ok just be aware of other people’s feelings you can make someone’s day just being polite

    Having used the click and collect service at the store before, waiting times for collection are often 20-30 minutes and at times even up to 40 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes this time round, I was advised that my parcel had been lost. Gentleman who introduced himself as the store manager believes that a 20 minute wait is perfectly acceptable. Also turns out that he isn’t the store manager but rather the department manager. Store manager was not in today but “may be in tomorrow and if not then Monday”. UPDATE - Changed from 1 star to 5 star. Something has clearly changed within this store because Click and Collect now takes minutes. There is now a clear system of responsibilities. Staff are welcoming and eager to help. Returns are straightforward. Much improved experience, thank you for listening. It is clear that there is an ongoing problem with click and collect, lost parcels and poor customer service at this store. There is a high number of Google reviews from customers expressing the same frustration and it appears as though management is not that interested in making improvements.

    Don’t ever order click and collect to this store. They are massively understaffed. The wait for click and collect varies from 20 minutes to 40 minutes. Always at least 15 people waiting. Then they can’t find your order. Total waste of time. Sort it out NEXT absolutely shocking.

    Outside furniture area is like a wasteland. Weeds everywhere, furniture sets not priced, cushions on the floor. Don't think a member of staff has been out there for weeks

    I arrived at around 5.30pm and browsed for a while. I took some clothes to the changing rooms and quickly discovered the bell to call for other sizes was broken. This would have been fine had there been someone in the changing rooms to assist..but there was noone. I went out twice: once to ask for some shoes to try on with the clothes and again later for a different size and also requested someone to help me for a bra. Both times I was made to feel like a nuisance and had a pair of sandles with the paper still stuck inside given to me out of an old bag as the lady said "will these do?" and the shirt in a different size I'd asked for came way after I'd tried on another outfit. The cashier was clearly too busy and not interested in helping customers in the changing rooms. I spent almost £200 today during the 90minutes in your store to leave feeling disrespected and dissappointed with your customer service. I had to go out three more times alone to get different clothes because noone was there and in the entire time I was there noone came to ask how the clothes are or if I need anything. I was going to buy a bra but was told noone does fitting anymore and was told to look myself if I wanted anything. I am not impressed. You have badly served a loyal customer today.

    People on tills wouldn't see me for collection, I had to use the self service machine and waited a long time. Next is high end and expensive, much better customer service in primark! Had to do collection as they charge you for delivery (even when spending £80! - what a rip off)

    I usually don’t write reviews but on this occasion it was necessary. I bought a sofa in April and I had the pleasure of meeting Ian. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease with some of my concerns regarding the sofa. He exceeded all expectations and would be the reason why I would return to this particular Next.

    Very easy to find and plenty of parking around, with the main car park as well as a second smaller one a bit further. There is also plenty of parking by the cinema if these lots are full. A wide array of items are available in the store ranging clothes of all sorts to shoes and to sofas. The store is very big however still very easy to get around. There is also wheelchair accessible parking and entrances on both floors. Pros: -Plenty of parking very close to the store and at the store -Large store so plenty of things to buy -Both the ground and first level have wheelchair accessible parking and entrances -There are plenty of changing rooms allowing you to try on clothes -The store is well organised so very easy to get around -There is also a Costa on site if you are feeling peckish -Very easy to find the store -All parking is free Cons: -Ideally there would be more staff members to help recomend products and help you decide what to buy -There are only a few tills, with no self checkout, meaning on a busy day you may be waiting a while to be served
