   Amazing service & amazing product! We spoke to various different kitchen companies and went through a number of different design processes. Stacey at HJ stood out for her enthusiasm, passion and thoughtfulness in what she designed for us. We went through MANY tweaks and changes but nothing was too much trouble. The communication throughout was faultless, both in the showroom with Stacey and with the Installation co-ordinator, Cassie. Any niggles with 3rd parties such as the oven delivery are dealt with quickly (even negotiating extra add ons for us in the process) Once delivered you meet some genuine craftsman. Our project manager commented that in 30years in the trade he has rarely met a craftsman and carpenter like Andy. Building a number of bespoke elements on site with absolute precision was very impressive to watch. And then you get into the hand painting of the furniture. Rob is a real artist, with his passion for perfection, and the necessary preparation taking a week and a half, and it shows. My wife wanted her dream kitchen and she got the dream team… Cannot rate Harvey Jones highly enough.

   We set Stacey at Harvey Jones quite a challenge by relocating our kitchen to a different room in our house. She rose to the challenge and designed the most stunning kitchen for us. Her professionalism, design skills and attention to detail were second to none throughout the entire project. Everything was met with an instant solution and a smile! I simply cannot recommend Stacey enough. We now have a beautiful Harvey Jones kitchen that is of superb quality and looks incredible. Thank you, Catherine

   Harvey Jones have a beautiful showroom and I had a very relaxing and productive couple of meetings with Stacey to design my kitchen.    My wife and were seeking a design for an enlarged kitchen in a house we shall be moving into shortly. We chose to meet with Stacey Cobley at Harvey Jones Kitchens in Marlow after seeing an advertisement. Stacey was very helpful, and produced an attractive design. We compared her proposals with another local supplier of bespoke kitchens, and after careful consideration have decided to go with the alternative supplier. By restructuring the kitchen entrance (which no one had thought of doing before) we were able to gain full depth units along one wall giving the storage we needed. Our other reason for not choosing Harvey Jones was dissatisfaction with the design of the HJ units. We opted for the Linear design, since the Shaker style units are apt to collect dirt and dust along the bottom horizontal panel, even though we find the Shaker style more aesthetically attractive. The other supplier had a solution to this problem by chamfering the edge of the bottom horizontal panel to reduce dirt collection and make the doors easier to clean. By contrast, the door grips on the Linear design are rather clumsy, and are ready receptacles for detritus. Other suppliers offer a J-style grip, which we believe is superior. Our choice is no reflection on Stacey, who has been extremely helpful and professional at every stage.

   Stacey has been very helpful to us at the start of our kitchen project. She is extremely approachable with a very pleasant manner and is clearly very knowledgeable about kitchen design. We were very impressed with the way she listened to our plans for a dream kitchen and offered many practical and exciting ideas. At no time did we feel rushed and we were also impressed with her courtesy to other customers who came into the showroom while we were there.

   The Harvey Jones Team designed, built and installed a very beautiful and high quality kitchen. We were so impressed with the professionalism and great service from start to finish - they always went the extra mile! The designer gave great advice and was very happy to change the design as often as needed until we felt it was right. The technical surveyors, fitters and painter who were involved at later stages were just as great - focussing on the smallest detail and striving for perfection. A special thanks to Jennifer Bell, our project associate, who brought it all together! We can strongly recommend the team!
