   Stay well away!!!!! Spent a fortune for a problem they supposed to diagnose in initial appointment did work well unsure if they did anything ??? Maybe video evidence of works carried out is needed charged a fortune we payed thinking it was fixed it wasn't! Took back over to not be fixed again and told invoice is on way .....WHAT!!!!! So just paying thousands for something that is the same as it was b4 taking to them .... not happy :(( Will be taking this further

   At first this company was super easy to deal with and extremely helpful. Due to a clerical issue from their Accounts team they become very aggressive in their approach to secure payments from our company. Threatening emails from their accounts team and bully boy tactics to secure further uncessary payments that were not aware of. Approach with caution and get full prices up front before signing any paperwork! Charged £359.00 for a 15 minute appointment and a re-gas of a fosters fridge!. Also got told they don't deal with little company's and untrustworthy which was humiliating to be honest, even though it was their mistake. We settled both of our Invoices, the initial call out was paid in full and when they asked for payment to complete the rest of the works on the phone! STAY WELL AWAY! MUCH BETTER CONTRACTORS OUT THERE!

   Good company. Needed some repairs done to a heat pump, which is basically just a back to front fridge, and tried several companies who declined to even attempt repairs. RS had no hesitation and sent an engineer out who quickly fixed it. Helpful office, good engineers, great service.
