   I really couldn’t fault my experience with ProtoCool. It was very quick and easy to get the quotation for a relatively complex job involving multiple units in two buildings. The installation itself was handled by Lukasz, Jack and Harry. All of the guys were professional, clean and tidy. They were very respectful of our home and a pleasure to have around. The equipment was demonstrated and explained to us when installed. Rob the project manager kept us up-to-date on installation times, making sure we were happy with where the cabling would go, etc. Katy in accounts made sure to let us know when deposit payments had reached Protocool, when equipment was ordered, etc. I’d happily recommend this company to anyone.

   Steve and his team of professionals did an awesome job from the initial sizing of the units to the actual installation. A friendly and dedicated team that got on did the job. No pump in sight, all gravity fed outlets and such a clean job. We had 8 internal units and 3 outside units installed. Saved us from the heatwave. Before contracting this team I did my due diligence and they’ve been in business for many years which is important when dealing with specialist equipment installs. They are true Engineers and me and the whole family recommend them.
