“Amazing service, and very good price. They took about 1 hour (without us first making an appointment) to sketch out our design, offer advice, and to calculate materials so we used the smallest numbers of sleepers/posts without waste. Most impressive was that after spending all that time there was no ‘hard sell’, and we placed the order the next day. Delivery was excellent too, on the day we requested the driver called in advance to let us know his ETA, and he was very helpful (and friendly) and stacked everything where we wanted. All in all a fantastic company to deal with and we’ll only ever use them now for anything landscape related.”

“Bought some fence posts this morning to make repairs after the recent storms. I knew the broken posts were less than 100mm, so assumed they were 75mm and placed an order. Actually my posts had been planed down to 95mm. Jamie and team at Finchampstead Travis Perkins were excellent about replacing them for the 100mm versions I should have bought in the first place. I won’t be going anywhere else for my builders merchant stuff in future. Great team. Many thanks.”

“I visited Thames Valley Plumbing for a few parts needed to fit a couple of filters. Shame about the tall fella who works in the paint section. He was the least bothered about my enquiry and made me feel a right idiot by telling me the paint I wanted didn’t exist.
