   DISGRACEFUL! A completely unprofessional shop with zero respect for customers! “Wokingham Tools” is an absolute embarrassment to local businesses. Google says they’re open — but that’s a complete lie. I’ve been there over 7 or 8 times, on different days and at different hours, and not once has anyone answered the door. I rang the bell, waited, looked around — nothing, no sign of life at all! This is a total joke and a clear disrespect towards people’s time and effort. How can you call yourself a business when you mislead people online and make them travel for nothing? Shame, shame, and more shame! If you value your nerves and your time, don’t even bother going there. This place should be shut down or taken over by someone responsible, because as it stands, it’s a complete disgrace to customers. The woman who works there doesn’t even stay at the shop during the stated opening hours. It honestly looks like she lives next door or behind the shop, She goes home to sleep, and just expects people to ring the bell until she decides to show up — if she even hears it. There were times when it felt like she was sleeping so deeply that nobody could wake her up, no matter how many times you ring. THIS BUSINESS IS A COMPLETE JOKE

   I know this shop is good and has a large variety of tools and helpful staff, but I came today 11.30am to find it closed with no explanation. A nearby shop said the opening hours are currently rather variable so they couldn't tell me when it is open these days.

   Extremely helpful, excellent knowledge! It's not a busy shop, ring the doorbell and wait - someone will come to let you in! I would have been totally stuck without the help from Wokingham Tools, I needed a specific specification of socket and we searched together through all of them until we found one. Thank you very much!

   Female partner dropped off a chain saw I brought from them a week prior, we took it back to be sharpened and no issues , however they returned a chainsaw that was years old and worn not the brand new one I had only just brought ! Absolutely disgusted as I spent thousands in there before this happened. They lied and refused to give me my machine back and the police refused to get involved due to it being a civil matter. David hunts tools on the a4 is perfect service and I have used them for years now without issues. STAY CLEAR OFF THESE CON MEN!

   What a delight. A local toolshop as they used to be in a bygone era: a large range of good quality products, reasonably priced and well displayed. The owner is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. If she hasn't got the item you require on stock, which is generally unlikely, she will order it for you. In another contrast to a chain store, if she says she'll ring you she actually does so.
