Rude, inexperienced and unhelpful staffs. I clicked a pay later option by error on the self checkout till and then called a member of staff to come and help me rectify it so that I could pay in store instead. I explained it to her and she acted like she understood me. She scanned the items a second time and told me she had rectified the error and that i could then pay in store. Which I did. I left the store but then got an email from Klarna, telling me I clicked on the pay later option and they are expecting me to pay in 30 days. I had already paid in store and the staff that attended to me assured me she had rectified the issue and I could pay in store. I returned to the store to ask why I’m still getting an email from Klarna telling me I have to pay again later when I already paid in store. So it’s like charging me twice when I already paid. The staffs weee very unhelpful, telling me it is not their problem and it has got nothing to do with their store. She went to ask a manager how she could help me and the manager said the same thing. I was dismissed and told it’s not their problem and I have to settle the problem with Klarna myself, however, it wasn’t my fault because I thought the staff had rectified the issue which is why I was able to pay in store. I then contacted Klarna and they said that, it isn’t their problem either and the H&M store I went to has to settle the invoice with Klarna before the payment I’m due to pay will be cancelled. Very bad service.

Good prices, great quality, lots of my clothes are from here. The baby section is big and affordable! Even have Halloween outfits which are adorable! The clothes last ages. Bought shoes and hair accessories from here too they have lots and lots including home bits too!

The staff sprayed air freshener near a customer who was waiting in front of the closet. I’m not sure why she did that, but it seemed pretty rude to spray around the area while the customer was still sitting there.

There is a manager there call kirstina horrible person so so so rude person .totally rude person .I have no idea how she pass the customer service interview ?unless all the management of H&M is rude like her that's why the accept person like her to work .we never ever go back to H&M .there many other brand with same fashion and same price .

Visited on 16/10/2021 to purchase some products for my daughter. As I waited for my turn in the queue, I observed and could hear all four of the cashiers greet and ask each customer they served if they had a H&M store card. If the answer was no, they were then asked if they would like to sign up today and receive 10% off their purchase. Unfortunately, when it was my turn to be served, this was not my experience. Upon arrival at the till, I greeted the cashier. She did not smile, nor was I made to feel like a valued customer. Her response was to ask me if I would like a bag. I asked if it was free and she replied that it was not, it was 5p. I responded that I have a bag. She finished my transaction, without asking or offering me a H&M store card. In the meantime, the cashiers next to her continued to greet and ask each customer about the H&M store card who came to the till. I said to the cashier who served me “you did not ask or offer me a H&M store card, I will be leaving a review”. I then left the store with my daughter. As someone who has worked for both Marks & Spencer as well as John Lewis & Partners; I am fully aware of the importance of providing great customer service. I don’t expect to encounter a rude customer assistant when I am paying at the till. (I am of the opinion that this is not the first instance of her treating customers the way she behaved towards me). Perhaps she does not wish to work for H&M or maybe she is in need of training or retraining. In these COVID recovery times, businesses should not be losing customers because of the poor attitude of one member of staff
