A visit to Robert Dyas is always a wonderful experience. I love browsing around. Always been one of my favourite shops. Staff are always so helpful.
This is a perfect example how customer service should be everywhere. As I came in to the store, I knew that the item was in store, however I was struggling to find it. Irene approached me and offered to help, while she was looking for it, I was able to focus on the other items that I required. Also when I have asked if they are cutting the keys, she had mentioned that currently they have offer that you can get 3 for the price of 2, so she was also able to help me out with it too! I am really thankful and will be definitely coming back!
Big shout out to the staff at Robert Dyas Wokingham. I went to purchase a product I had very little knowledge about. Got home, realised it's the wrong one. Went back, explained the situation. Knowing it was 100% my mistake I was not expecting a return/exchange. But the young man and the lovely lady did accept the return and helped me with the correct product. God bless you guys!!!
I found the staff to be extremely diligent & knowledgeable, hence they were able to explain to myself the precise requirements & find me the relevant appliances for my lamp & lights. I much appreciated their time, patience & support over a number of matters, including instructions regarding the appliances & the use of the internet.
The young assistant was very pleasant and polite and I heard him chatting to the customer before me and that he had only worked there a month I asked if they had any child's camping chairs but he was unable to help I didn't persue it as he was new and it was busy but just wondered if there were any in stock ? I have bought 2 adult ones and one child's and wanted to complete the set for my other grandchild
Visited the store again today. Excellent range of products. Went in to buy a new electric iron and walked out with so much more. I just wish that we could get a store in Bracknell like this. How about it Robert Dyas? I love this shop.
Great service very helpful. I was also impressed with the tidy shelves everything laid out like soldiers. Very clean and overall a great experience.
Very helpful staff, went out of their way to ask me if I needed help, then gave very good advice (about something to unblock a toilet - takes all sorts!)
I'm not impressed. The customer service I received from a certain person (badge said manager) there, was quite frankly unhelpful. They were rude and had an attitude like he was tired and wanted to go home. I don't appreciate it when my kindness is taken advantage of. I'm not stupid!
