   We inherited a kitchen when we moved. It was dominated by a huge range cooker and we didn’t really like it anyway. We had used Silverbrow at our previous home so off we went to their showroom. Jake showed us round the display kitchens and arranged to visit us to do a survey. He came up with a plan and with a couple of tweaks we agreed. Everything went according to schedule thanks to James’s meticulous planning and we would have no hesitation in recommending Silverbrow. We do have to mention Tom who fitted the kitchen, he made life so much easier for us whilst we were without a kitchen and his attention to detail was second to none.

Their designer’s knowledge of the products they offer is fantastic and the high quality design images produced gave me a real insight into how my kitchen would look before starting works. I have been incredibly impressed and satisfied with everything they have supplied and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them or using them again.

   We had a beautiful kitchen installed by Silverbrow a year ago. They really impressed us with their fabulous customer service...and they have continued to do so with their after sales support. The great cookery demonstrations laid on by them periodically to ensure the most is being made of the chosen appliances and their features have been both helpful and very enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this brilliant and genuine company.

   We ordered a kitchen from Silverbrow back in January. We popped in with an idea of what we wanted and working with James and Jake they brought our ideas to life. When we decided to change the design last minute before we proceeded they quickly revised the design. Once the order had been placed the excellent service continued. From the site visits to check the design was correct, the removal of the old kitchen to the install of the new and everything in between, they provided an excellent service and nothing was too much trouble. Any additional changes around electrics and plumbing was easily agreed at one of the numerous site visits or during the installation. I would 100% recommend Silverbrow for anyone in the local area considering a new kitchen.

   It would not have been possible for Silverbrow to have looked after us any better than they did. From the moment we first walked into the showroom, to the very last plinth being installed, Silverbrow were absolutely brilliant. During the design phase we had a highly constructive dialogue, we felt able to understand all the options without being over or undersold anything, and the showroom gave us a helpful insight into what would work for us. The kitchen was delivered rapidly after the order was placed, and Silverbrow's team of tradespeople were on time, professional, diligent and trustworthy. Silverbrow's project management of the installation was truly excellent; when challenges emerged they were dealt with expertly, and we had a working new kitchen, despite the challenges (none of which were Silverbrow's making), less than two weeks after the previous kitchen had been removed. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen, it is very high quality, has totally transformed that part of our house and is a pleasure to be in, and this was achieved with almost no stress as far as we were concerned - Silverbrow had everything covered. The value added by Silverbrow managing the installation is hard to overstate. Many thanks to the whole team; we are absolutely delighted, and cannot recommend Silverbrow highly enough.
