   Axel was simply the best designer I could have hoped for. I had a vision and he helped to realise it and also improve on it. Attention to detail and functional use of the kitchen, he considered every part of it, I honestly couldn’t be anymore delighted with the kitchen and utility room. Axels support has been amazing from start to finish.

   The initial planning went well and they provided great design and support, however when it came to installation it was a nightmare, they cancelled my delivery date without telling me so I had to reschedule, and even after than, when it was being fitted there were several missing doors and units, the trim I had discusses and was detailed on the order didn't match what I wanted, when the parts eventually arrived they were delivered to the wrong address and the worst part was I started having the kitchen installed but the worktops weren't planned to even be measured in until 8th of August!! I've been without a kitchen for 3 weeks and still have over a week before its done, no temporary worktops have been installed and the kitchen units now face being damaged.

   Well, our one-stop-shop dream kitchen turned into a bit of a nightmare. Yes, it now looks great but a series of issues has made the whole experience unpleasant and stressful. The surveyor who came to price up all the extra work missed a fundamental issue which meant we didn't get the outside vented extractor we wanted so much – but we only found out that when the fitters turned up to start work. We had to arrange and pay for removal of our ceiling. The Wren floor we chose was discontinued, but no-one at Wren thought to let us know, they just took the flooring off the order, so we had fitters waiting to fit a new floor and no new floor! I had to go and buy some off the shelf that day to keep the job moving. Oh, and pay the fitters extra to fit it. No-one mentioned we would need to arrange painters – more time and money. Four separate deliveries damaged, so we had to delay and wait for replacement items. LED lighting and electric sockets missed off the finished job. Looks great now but are we happy? No. Would we ever go to Wren for anything else? No.

   From the initial kitchen design consultation, to delivery, Wren Kitchens were there every step of the way. Having a direct phone number and e-mail for the designer was invaluable, and when a couple of small items were missing, or our kitchen fitter was unsure of a couple of things, the customer service department were on hand to help. We had no snagging issues at all with our infinity shaker kitchen. The kitchen fitter was very impressed with the quality and how well every item was packaged. The delivery guy was also incredibly hard-working and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Overall, we are incredibly impressed with Wren Kitchens, and have recommended them to our friends and family, so has our kitchen fitter! He has worked with many other 'high-street' renowned kitchens, but said Wren is the best quality, hands down!

   So we're in the early stages of replacing our kitchen. Having looked through several brochures from varying companies and having a couple of designs prepared for us we felt that we couldn't justify the expense of a new kitchen for the seemingly little gain we would achieve in worktop area and floor area - we are extending the size by removing a wall. I then popped into a Wren showroom purely out of curiosity and was immediately inspired not only by the disparate range of realistic kitchens they had on show but also by the fact that I could see pretty much all of their components in the one store. So too was I impressed by their appliance and storage stations for example. Reported my enthusiasm to Mrs G and we were soon on our way to the store in Basingstoke where once again we were both welcomed warmly and inspired too. Subsequently we were able to plan our kitchen in real time with a designer in the store and then able to make revisions after we'd revised the plan. At this stage we had a print out of the design and every component itemized - wonderful (although I would urge two sides printing please). Weve really maximised the space and are now at the stage of paying a deposit. Kitchen is scheduled for February since we have to do the building work first. We went for an Inspiration Plus but the cost of the kitchen came out right on our budget so very pleased indeed. I'm hoping that we will progress in the same vein between now and Feb and that by then we will have a really lovely new kitchen. I'm not easily impressed but this time I have been - common sense approach, good manners, confident belief in their company and product and extremely well trained staff i would say - hence 5 stars. If you're in a similar position to us definitely go and have a look.

   Order no: 34015718 Despite the difficulties with the ongoing Covid situation, I was able to design and order my new kitchen. And then having second thoughts about the kitchen I'd chosen, I was then able to completely change my mind and have my dream kitchen. Rob was so patient with me and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. After it was delivered, and installed, there were a few pieces that needed to be replaced. A phone call to Wren and the replacement parts were ordered and delivered within a few days. My whole experience with Wren has been very good and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!! My dream kitchen is now a reality and I love it!!
