Very very disappointed as business using Nisbets! We use them for supplies but never again. Bought a brand new fridge over £1,000 and it stopped working after 2 days. Terrible never again.

I recently visited Nisbets to get some cocktail sets for my Hen Do and I would really recommend this store. The quality is amazing, so I will be able to keep them for many years to come. However the Staff are truly amazing. We met Ricardo and he helped me choose the right items, advised what I needed and what I probably didnt and then even helped give me advice on how to make cocktails and how to use the set I bought. He really was truly exceptional and went above and beyond. I will definitely be back for the advice, quality of the items and amazing customer service. Thank you Ricardo
I recently stumbled upon Nisbets and was curious to see the inventory and purchase a couple of items. I needed new clogs for work and the click and collect service was fast, quick and reliable. I want to particular thank Sheilisa for her amazing customer service, she was hugely knowledgeable, helped me with multiple queries without any awkwardness or hesitance, she was so happy and genuinely there to help me. She really went above and beyond and made my visit that much more enjoyable and pleasant. She gave me a lot of insight and advice and even directed me to other stores and places which could solve some queries I needed attending to. Thank you so much Shelisa.

They can also fix your bag, e.g. a broken zip. Most impotantly, don't forget to haggle!
Really helpful staff so whilst range is clearly for professionals was well worth a visit as a home cook.
The Reading Branch has absolutely appalling service! The manager Andy has no manners, does not allow you to speak and convey your problem. Extremely rude! I had to ask several times to allow me to speak. I will never be buying from Nisbets again because of the service received at this store. There are far better independent catering supply companies to get products from.
