   0 stars if possible. Advertise things they do not have stock off. Should check with your suppliers if they actually have stock of things. Don’t send confirmation emails and courier details if you’re not going to deliver. Customer service team useless. No awareness of inconvenience caused. Not acceptable service. Would not recommend Robert Dyas to anyone. Don’t say contact your customer service team - already did this and spoke to one of your managers. No use.

   While the range of products is very good in this store I did find the staff to be odd and unwelcoming. Three of them were stood around discussing something when I had to ask one of them to unlock my item so I could buy it. 2 of them didn’t even acknowledge me and the third did but seemed put out he had to help a customer.

   The staff are always friendly and helpful and the store is usually well stocked. Today they had one side of the store blocked off I think they were fitting new shelves. So some stock not available

   Love this place and spend ages browsing. Staff are very helpful and always polite. Some good reduced bargains can be found here. They will also order things direct from the web site for you. They seem to sell every sort of light bulb that's ever been made, lots of solar lights also. And at Christmas you can find gifts that you won't see anywhere else.
