   Great kitchen and service. Yuriy provides an extraordinary and personalised service. His attention to detail is second to none. Buying a kitchen is a big purchase, you want to make the right choice. After going through the whole experience with Yuriy I can’t praise him enough.    I’ve had two kitchens designed, supplied and installed by Yuriy and his team, and can’t recommend them highly enough. The quality in terms of both look and functionality is excellent, and Yuriy was very hands on and communicative throughout the whole process, ensuring things ran smoothly, on time and on budget. Definitely the best experience I’ve had with a home renovation project!

   Illya Kitchens have done an incredible job. Before choosing them, i went to poggenpohl, Brandt, Nolte and Porcelanosa…Difficult choice, especially as they were at similar price except for Porcelanosa which was incredibly expensive. Poggenpohl were also more expensive for a very similar kitchen…The main reason why we chose Illya Kitchens is because of Yuriy…he was the only one that truly understands the implementation of your kitchen to the smallest details. We did not regret it, as, as to be expected the delivery and implementation were outstanding. It took around 10 weeks to do all of it (from design to implementation).The quality of the parts was also outstanding. Yuriy knew our timelines were bery tight and he did not hesitate to work on weekends to make it work for us… For those who are buying kitchen, they should always remember that more tan 50% of the work and customer satisfaction is related to the implementation. Most of other firms were delegating or outsourcing this to other creating multiple problems of coordinations and faults… Not here, as the same person does it end-to-end… Big thank you to Illya kitchens and Yuriy…

   Yuri is very attentive to detail. After the initial showroom consultation he visited our home to take measurements, and created a kitchen design which the whole family loved. Being in the market for a high end kitchen one expects the price to be towards the higher end of the spectrum, however Yuri's price was surprisingly competitive compared to other kitchens showrooms we have approached. Once we agreed on the price and the final design draft Anna sent us an electronic contract which we have signed and paid the deposit. Yuri kept us updated on delivery timescales, and the kitchen was delivered 1 week earlier than originally anticipated. The fitters started installation on the same day as delivery and the whole project was finished in 12 days (including worktop & appliances). We had a few small hiccups during installation with the worktop, but Yuri managed to sort them very quickly. A bottle of champagne & a box of chocolates was left waiting for us on top of our kitchen island on the final day of installation which was a very kind gesture. We would recommend Illya Kitchens - Yuri & the team offer a very high level of service.

   Lovely lovely people! We placed an order with them after speaking with many kitchen companies, Illya Kitchens was by far the most professional and had the most expertise to offer us what we wanted. Yuriy's knowledge of kitchen design is unmatched and although he was taken to ICU with COVID halfway through our design process were looked after by Anna. He visited us to take the final measurements 3 days after he was released from ICU! If you need a bespoke kitchen with top notch service - Illya Kitchens is the only place to go.
