   This store is a little big but that doesn’t matter because your staff make up for it! Fran is just wonderful she is quick, efficient and so lovely. Daniel is a credit to b&m he goes above and beyond and really such a joy! They both deserve high praise!!! Taylor, Robert and Zara also are professional, hardworking and efficient. In general visiting the store has always been good thanks to your team of supportive and kind workers. Thank you in particular to Fran and Daniel for being absolute stars!

   The "Manager" is not worthy of that post. We bought a paint that was dried up with rusted we tried exchanging it. We walked up to her at the till to let her know. she said we cannot exchange or return it in a very rude manner because it has been opened . This was a piant we bought 2days ago. She refuse to listening to our complaint and tag it as 'rude" She refused to offer any help even when her colleague was begging to give us the details of customer service to call. She was hell bent and said NO she won't. I think she is there to make customers unhappy with their hard earned money. I am sure she is the same person every reviewer has tagged rude!

   Not bad. Very reasonable prices of things. Sells a wide range of stuff. The pet aisle is smelly so one star off. Sometimes price labels are missing.

   Theres one staff member thats really quite rude. i was in to buy a new kitchen lighter for a candle but i forgot my driving licence. i said thats ok just keep it no problem and she took a really harsh tone about challenge 25 but i had already accepted that i had made a mistake?? she was a quite rude about it and the tills dont have enough staff on them either. i think ill just start ordering the stuff i get here online. it was also very evidently my birthday as i had badges and such on from celebrating with family, the least you can do is not be horrible on someones birthday, i did not dispute that i had made a mistake. not a good experience in here overall.

   Like all B&M stores, this place will lull you in with the promise of a cheap kettle, then somehow manage to fleece you of all your hard earned cash as you walk out with a trolley of cleaning equipment, paint, garden lights, a fire pit and a box of kellogs Corn Flakes. Good place, friendly staff, nice and clean. Its a trap!
