   We Recently had a new kitchen fitted by Homeworld. Joe made the process so easy, he came up with ideas and plans that really transformed our kitchen. The quality of the new kitchen is 1st class, the team that ripped out our old kitchen and fitted the new one are all very skilled in their craft, poliet, helpfully and efficient. Our old tired kitchen has been transformed in to a wonderful, beautiful place. Thank you Joe, Gerry and your super team

   We would highly recommend Homeworld. They initially installed a cloakroom and utility room for us in 2023 and we were so happy with that job they did our Kitchen/ Dining area in 2024.The jobs have transformed those rooms. We were led through the design process so well by Mark that we were able to reach decisions without stress . The workmen were great .They arrived as promised and the jobs were done on time both times.They were very tidy,pleasant and efficient. We are so chuffed with our new space.!!

   Sure, Homeworld will fit you a new bathroom, no problem. But if you have any 'snags' later down the line as I did (5 months after installation) they're really not very interested. After a further 6 months of endless emailing, phone calls and texts, I'm no further on in getting problems sorted out...just excuses, broken promises and general fobbing off. So if you value customer after-care, think on...

   If you like a company who call you back and finish the job Homeworld aren't the company for you. Over 2 months after the bathroom was started we are still waiting on the final snagging to be completed. I'm still waiting on a call back from 2 and a half weeks ago. Mark, who sold us the bathroom was excellent and we love the product but the customer service is atrocious. Update to review. Someone was due to come today between 8 and 8.30 to finally complete the unresolved issues. I was out running errands, returned to the house at 7.55 to a note saying they had been and gone as we weren't home. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

   I booked an appointment for this company to come out and give me a quote for renovating my mother’s bathroom. After sitting waiting for half an hour after the allotted time slot I called them to be told that the person coming (the owner) had someone walk into their showroom just as they were about to leave and was dealing with them and they may be another half hour or so. I had travelled for half an hour from home taking time off work to be in attendance for the appointment and wasn’t even shown the courtesy of a call to let me know he was running late. Just a horrendous customer experience. Would never recommend nor use ever.

   My new kitchen was fitted and completed to a very high standard. The workmen were always very pleasant and willing to answer any questions I had while the fitting was taking place. Joe and the team in the office resolved any issues I had during the installation too. Overall I am delighted with my shiny new kitchen and would recommend homeworld to anyone who is looking for a job to be done quickly and efficiently.
