Received absolutely fabulous customer service from the team at John Dick & Son. Our Fama reclining sofa stopped working and the team arranged for it to be inspected and fully repaired within 24 hours of contacting them. Would highly recommend the team at Busby and very grateful to them for managing to repair our sofa, as it’s literally the comfiest sofa in the world!

The staff is highly knowledgeable and helpful, and the furniture selection is excellent. The installation staff was also very professional. Overall, it is a very worthwhile visit, and we plan to make another purchase in the future.
Some really nice pieces of furniture on show, unfortunately I didn't find what I was looking for. Some pieces were a bit overpriced, in my opinion.
