   Poor Poor Poor! Expect to pay at least 3/4 thousand more than others (kitchens are exact same). I have paid a deposit and asked for my money back as cancelled due to the huge price difference from other providers and they are not returning my calls! It is appalling! the stress they are causing me.

   I have been working closely with Mark and Martin. Both have an exceptional eye for detail and have fantastic customer service skills. My husband and I left feeling confident and reassured in our design and colour choices. Mark and Martin were so helpful and confident in designing our kitchen. They gave us great ideas which we've included in our soon to be kitchen. They were able to design the kitchen specifically to our needs as a large family. We are so impressed by their service and expertise. It was such a pleasant experience. Thank you so much!

   How do I start with this company apart from saying avoid. We approached them in early January and there was always excuses but we seemed to get there in the end. We then went for our second kitchen design tweaked a few things and I was looking forward to our quote. This was promised by Martin on the Monday he said I would receive it within an hr and a half. I am now almost a week on and nothing it’s as if they do not want my business. I emailed the company and no answer they are open? This is my first time getting a quote on a kitchen and I looked at 3 companies. I looked at budget mid range and high end. And both other companies have delivered better service than Magnet. With speaking to the other companies that did seem competent I feel I would have went with Magnet because they seemed to have all my requirements that I expected in my kitchen. I am completely puzzled why I was ignored by this company they clearly do not want my business.

   Very strange and poor service. Looking for a kitchen got the man out lovely chap called Martin. Promised we would get drawings within a week. Two weeks later I called and everyone was apologetic and got a call back saying some sort of mix up but we would have them for Monday but got the impression they were not done. Still nothing received a few days later. If this is the standard of service we get before spending £15k-£20k I shudder to think about what would happen if we went ahead and had an issue after giving them my money. I am in business myself and hate giving bad reviews and will only do so where neccessary.

   Small showroom with not a lot on display however the service provided is really good. Currently Magnet has 50% offer. We were served by John who has been exceptionally flexible in his approach and highly knowledgable in this trade. Provided us with all options and did everything he possibly could to fit things within our limited budget. I would recommend people to visit John if you wish to explore your options. The pictures attached are from another Magnet Store.
