I had my new Miele Washing Machine delivered and installed today by MCD. Justine from their office has been extremely helpful the entire journey. The team who delivered today were also incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my new appliance was successfully installed! Thank you guys!
MCD was contracted by the appliance supplier to replace a defective oven under warranty. The installer called me stating that he could not remove the oven with the tools he had and that it should have been piped with a flexible gas line. After having to collect the appliance myself I had another company replace the oven without issue. So what we can conclude: 1. MCD do not provide adequate training for their installers (rigid gas line is safer and preferred. Flexible gas line can fatigue over time and is prone to damage). 2. MCD do not provide adequate tools to perform the necessary tasks (one has to wonder why a set of spanners would not be in the installer's tool kit). They are not recommended.
MCD installed a replacement integrated AEG fridge freezer this morning & Andy ably assisted by Josh did an excellent job….Andy’s attention to detail ensured that we would be satisfied customers..Based on our experience I would have no qualms about recommending MCD -10/10…
We had to have a replacement fridge installed yesterday and it was provided and installed by M.C.D UK from East Kilbride. The whole process was handled with professionalism and the crew, Billy and Ryan, delivered and installed the unit were a credit to the company, clean, tidy, respectful, funny and able. We would recommend the Company and would use them again

Excellent and efficient service during the whole process of fitting a double oven and kitchen hob. Jordan and Emily were both very effective in the office and the two installers Gareth and Michael made sure everything was to our requirements. Will use again and would not go anywhere else for any appliances. Cannot fault.
