   Aiming to buy a kitchen from Magnet, I went to the showroom, without an appointment. Served by patronising and arrogant salesman who lectured me on the "Magnet Business Model" and why noone wants a solid wood kitchen. I just wanted someone to sell me a kitchen- I'm an open door- I don't want to shop around. I was going there to buy from Magnet. I would have been happy to return another time for a full appointment if that had been offered. I was dumbfounded. I stopped him mid sentence and said- "I think we'd better leave". I did.

   I’ve been in here twice now and it’s as if the staff don’t actually want to to buy a kitchen. Patronizing and dismissive. Second and last visit. No wonder it’s deserted on a Saturday afternoon.
