   We went into Craig’s today because I had seen it on TikTok. Went in and were greeted by Lynn who was so lovely and welcoming and let us browse which we loved. It’s a little Aladdin’s Cave and loved all that was there. Bought a few bits and of course cushions which are fab. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much x

   Had a great few experiences at craigs . Had flooring on few occasions mattresses oraments lamps stair carpet .everything is top class very sophicated . Items might be a little more expensive but its the best of stuff . What do i need next lol For my next visit . Lynne is so helpful and friendly. Great shop warehouse

   My husband and I visited to but chest of drawers. I am disabled and could not go into the sakes room to see the furniture. I told the owner what I wanted and she brought out things for me to choose from. Great service and looking forward to getting our purchase. We have bought our last bed from them and like to use our local stores.

   Disappointing. I was looking to buy a new suite buy only had four suites on show. The lady in the showroom already had a customer and she came out to me and enquired what I was looking for a d then returned to her customer which is understandable but after waiting g about 15 minutes I heard her say to her customer that she would be back in a few minutes as she was coming g to de with me..I thought at that moment I could potentially spend a few thousand on a suite and she was going to give me a few minutes of her time. Needless to say I will not and would not recommend Craig's Furniture.

   First class service from beginning to end, Lynn was so friendly and helpful. I needed a single divan base split in 2 due to an awkward staircase and called to enquire if this was possible. Lynn contacted the manufacturer and was able to accommodate this request. I was also able to see fabric swatches to ensure the one I chose matched my décor. The bed arrived promptly and exceeded our expectations for such a reasonable price and for less than I was quoted from an online company, the quality is great and we are delighted with it. Such a fab customer experience and one that has shown me the benefits of shopping with a local company. I would recommend Craigs to anyone, easily the best customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you
