Great service and staff members, had an issue with an item I’d bought and it was sorted within an hour of me contacting them. Can not fault the store or team

Travelled 40 minutes to the store and saw a few items which to be honest were overpriced for their poor condition (£30 each cabinet instead of for the set). I was interested in 4 small bedside cabinets to try and restore. I asked to speak to their manager to try and negotiate a bit of a discount. I was told he would be with me in a couple of minutes. 15 minutes later still no sign of him. Staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves instead of helping customers so I left. Also messaged on Facebook a few times and nobody gets back to me. The message is seen but not answered, over a week has past and still no reply. Won't be back.

Fairly priced for most items, however on price delivery is too expensive, also and nightmare to get a hold of. Never answer the phones which isn't good from an enquiry or after sales point of view, also to arrange an uplift this can only be arranged via an online form apparently due to covid, this does not cater for people who do not have access online, again this is also the same excuse/reason due to the lack of answering of the phones, in my opinion they are just using covid as an excuse as the lack of answering the phone were pre covid. Lastly cram far to much stuff in and isn't really accessible for all.
Bought a good amount of furniture from Cunninghame All reasonably priced good stuff, staff in warehouse really helpful and guys that delivered were brilliant.
Great, bargains,staff helpful,one thing, parking disabled,had cones in it and a metal container,in a disabled bay, but more spaces around corner, just thought it was strange,but other than that great
Bought a second hand (obvs) gorgoues corner sofa for a 1st floor flat and the boys who came to deliver couldn’t have tried any harder or better to get it in the tight squeeze of a front door so much raw talent and passion plus the floor staff in store are just great also ❤️
