Very good quality products. And great customer service, one of my items was damaged in delivery. My email was promptly dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner. My replacement item arrived the next day. Its the first time I have ordered from Office Monster and will be throughly recommending them.
After ordering without being aware, an out of stock item, that was supposed to be next day delivery, I was informed this item would not be back in stock until 23rd December, order day was 4th December. I requested a refund after being offered one and received apologies from customer service, on this occasion I dealt with Danielle. We decided on an alternative colour for the legs of the table, this was all dealt with efficiently and delivery was arranged for the following Monday. All arrived as expected. The reason I gave 4 stars not 5 was I still feel as I wasn’t made aware at time of ordering that it was an out of stock item and arrived on the Monday rather than the Friday as paid for (£29.99) I still feel this cost should have been refunded back to my card as it was not the service I paid for. Apart from this and the item being priced higher than most other online sites I could find selling it, we were happy with the purchase.
Fantastic experience ordering 2 desks from Office Monster. The price and quality of the products are what brought me to order from this company, but the customer service will make me come back. There was unfortunately a missing piece from one of the desks I ordered, but the customer service, from Max Daniels in particular, was nothing short of exceptional. A replacement part was out the following day and Max followed up to make sure it had arrived ok. I was really impressed with the customer service

Needed a new printer for my daughter's college work. I contacted Office Monster and one of their representatives, Max Daniels assisted me. His product knowledge was excellent as was the service I received. The product was delivered the following day as promised. Max even followed up to make sure I was happy with the purchase and checked to see if I had managed to set everything up okay. Highly recommended!
Whiteboard and display equipment was received very quickly. Office Monster replied really fast too when I asked some questions. Would highly recommend.
£48 parcel refusal fee, does not know the law at all, highly incompetent, thankfully I could make a chargeback for the full amount.
I ordered a chair about a year ago. All went smoothly. Last week, the arm snapped off it. I emailed office monster on the offchance they could help, and within 2 days I had a replacement arm delivered, at no cost. Literally the best customer service experience I've ever had, I think.
Dogsh*t. Ordered a cork board to attach photos to for our son's first birthday party. Specifically chose next day delivery and paid more so it would arrive in time. Two days later and it still isn't here. The party is first thing tomorrow morning, so by the time it finally shows up it will be useless. I tried helping a small business by ordering direct but won't be bothering in future. At least Amazon is reliable.
We ordered 10 chairs, and within a week 2 bases had snapped. Contacted Office monster who very quickly looked in to the issue, and after talking to the manufacturer arranged for all 10 bases to replaced asap, as it was a potential H&S Issue. Turns out it was a fault in the moulding process. Great customer service & a first class response.
