    Beware of this company - customer service is APPALLING!!! They employ delivery drivers who are the most unhelpful, grumpy and just downright RUDE!!! I’ve dealt with some bad companies in the past but these people are just Muppets who have no interest in customers whatsoever after they have your money. Shame on them!!!

    I bought two doors from LPD, good quality perhaps but, 0 out of 10 for customer service. Reading the fitting instructions was the first thing that revealed that the doors I had bought could not be sufficiently trimmed to fit the openings. I asked Doors of Distinction if they would exchange both doors for made to measure doors however LPD flatly refuse to take back any product if the packing has been opened. The fitting instructions are located inside packaging though so obviously I had to open one to access them. The supplier and manufacturer then played me off each other (shabby behaviour ) claiming it is the other's responsibility. That is not good enough, it is your responsibility and unless and until you make some effort at customer support you can be certain I will spend money elsewhere. I have a whole house to renovate and there are plenty of other door suppliers than LPD via Doors of Distinction.

    Absolutely appalling company. We bought through a retailer that uses LPD as a supplier. The support bar of the £600 bed broke within a MONTH and LPD are flat out refusing to resolve it. We initially asked for a replacement part so we could fix it, which is more than reasonable - considering the bar that bent was clearly not right for the bed in the first place (the "supporting" legs didn't even touch the floor). But they have tried to say it's our fault that the bed broke as we should have used non-slip pads (assuming the bed were placed directly on the laminate - but it was on top of a rug) plus, if the non slip pads are so integral to the structure of the bed, why are they not supplied? After they refused to send the part, we asked for a replacement bed, absolutely no way. Then we asked for a refund for the item that is not fit for purpose... they might as well have called us to laugh at us. By the looks of these reviews we're not the only ones stuck with shoddy furniture from a company that can't take responsibility for their awful products. If I had known who the "trusted supplier" was before I ordered from the retailer, I would absolutely have steered clear and I urge anyone else to do the same

    We ordered two "Willow Single" beds. We do actually like them (the colour is just the right shade of pink, the material is very soft and the headboard is attractive), but the two beds we received were both missing sixteen screw holes on the underside of the frame, which are needed to attach four metal feet. We called the manufacturer to discuss the problem and they were utterly clueless. The first person advised us to try and pierce through the fabric and screw into the wood, which could split or damage the wood. We couldn't get a single screw in anywhere in any of the corners and we were advised not to use a power tool. The second person by their own admission had never built a bed before and therefore couldn't understand the problem, so he instead promised to get one of their experts who apparently builds beds all the time to call us back and assist. Unfortunately, we're still waiting for that phone call four days later. Pathetic.

    My shelving unit was out of stock everywhere. Although the reviews for this shop weren't great, I took a chance and ordered through them. Once my order was placed I was informed it was indeed out of stock with them also but they assured me my order would be prioritised. I only had to wait 2 weeks and got a missed call followed by an SMS message to say it was coming in a week. At 8am on the day of delivery, I emailed to ask for an ETA and got a reply just minutes later from Courtney with a lead time. I've found the service excellent and the quality of the shelving unit is fab.

    Absolutely excellent customer service. We have the full Chantilly Bedroom Set and had some cam locks missing for the bedsides ...we have been using them as is for about 2 years now. Decided to mail LPD furniture directly to find out how much it would cost for replacement cam locks. Helen at customer service has arranged for a full fixing kit with all screws and cam locks to be sent to me at no cost. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

    Horrendous customer service/relations teams. Sold me faulty stock which when I had sold I had customers coming back to me complaining about the build quality as the legs on the chairs broke. I've had 6 complaints for the same reason. Twice replacement parts have been sent but after that Lpd weren't sorting it out and basically calling my customers liars. Got a call today from Lpd after a year of not ordering only for a pathetic apology and nothing more. I will not be ordering from here in future. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
