   Always enjoy looking round this charity shop. It's laid out really well with furniture and household items at one side and clothing, accessories and children's toys at the other. Also a good selection of books along with cd's and records. We'll done to all the volunteers and manager.

   I love the shop but the manager is rather abrupt and lacks any customer care. I think she needs more training in this field. Staff park their vehicles right outside the shop (jaguar car) so anyone with a disability delivery or pickup cannot get near the front door. Just another customer observation.

   Turned up here with a van full of donations only to be told they can only take one box depending what it was,spoke to the manager who clearly is is in the wrong job because he is clueless and arrogant he wants sacking! told them no problem will go to a charity shop that would appreciate the donations waste of time

   Very poor customer service in this shop in Garfoth on Saturday 23rd of April 2022,bought a cabinet,and need help taking it to my vehicle,(which was 15 meters away ,but girl said I can't help you ,and not only that showed my receipt and they still didn't believe I d purchase this item.will not be returning there again
