“My built-in microwave had broken, so I ordered a replacement from CDA. When the replacement was installed, there was an unsightly gap (since the new microwave was smaller than the original). The fitters went ‘above and beyond’ to fill the gap neatly so I now not only have a working microwave but also one which has been very neatly fitted.”

“I often buy my gadgets from Cash Generator. Not just for me but my family also. If possible I will always go to the one located in Castleford. Although it's not so close to me the people there are always very friendly and know their stuff. No-one more so than Troy. I was there again today and was helped by both Lewis and Troy and they are a great act with great affability but we generally go to see Troy as he is so knowledgeable, will always give honest, fair and easy to understand advice. I value his opinion greatly and has never steered me wrong. My kids love him as he is "funny". I very rarely write reviews as I never know how well they are perceived. In fact less than 10 my whole life I think. Good service requires good reviews. I want this to be seen as a fantastic review if only to mirror the service I received today. “I ordered some Type 1 to be delivered on the Friday, however they managed to deliver it a day early. A special mention however, must go to the delivery driver who went above and way beyond. I was stuck in bad traffic and unable to be present. The driver called me and went out of his way to ensure the delivery was made even though the access was limited. I sadly didn't get his name but I hope his bosses appreciate his outstanding work. Thanks again”

“i like castlford shop having gone there for years infact all my family have but to be told today i would have to pay £10 delivery charge even though i was going to give them a£545 sofa bed 4months old i think its a disgrace all the stuff is given any way so there in profit so really they lost money as they could have made a big profit off my sofabed it used to be free delivery if they were picking something up come on prince of wales lets get it right were the ones buying the stuff give us a bit of charity”

“What can I say about this company apart from they are marvellous! After 6 months of getting quotes from other companies and worrying about who to trust, Lawrence at Brownleys came out to measure and quote. From the first instance, he put me at ease and knew exactly what I imagined in my head. Lawrence told us they were booked up and would add us to the list which also put my mind at ease because if a firm is not busy that's a worry. We made a couple of changes here and there which Lawrence was very helpful and patient with. On the day of installation which was earlier than expected the guys were amazing and worked none stop to get them up for me in a day. I can't recommend this company enough!”

My in-laws fell in love with a sideboard but sadly they do not ship to Spain. We bought a 6’ pre-lit Christmas tree and the Christmas decs are gorgeous. Highly recommend this shop and staff are great. We also got a 10% discount too.”
