   When recently looking for the perfect coffee machine for my husband the amazing assistant manager went above and beyond to make sure I got the right machine for him. Not only that but I ended up walking out with a range of must have kitchen essentials and safe to say in my busy life they have reduced the time taken when cooking. So very happy with the service and products. I shall be returning for more.

   Took my straighteners in for repair, the Assistant Manager delt with my issues, she listened carefully to what the problem was and completed all the relevant paperwork. They informed me as soon as my straighteners were ready for collection! Excellent service.

   The store is part of the Outlet stores at Junction 32 just off that junction on the M62. Store probably sells every Tefal product they manufacture but prices still high.....and I'd take the RRP price on the tags they use to show the discounts with a pinch of salt. I mean who ever buys at the RRP !?
