Bought 3 pillows £174 - one is great the other was too deep when checked against my existing one - still in packaging - took it back would not exchange it - not remotely interested at all - poor after sales after fairly pushy sales process

We went to Bensons for Beds Castleford where choice was huge. We was pleased by Lady call Jude in store which answer to our every question. She give us the 5 star ⭐ customer service and our new bed with Eve mattress end that up like a cherry on top of the cake. Kind regards Justyna and Damian. Highly recommended. It's such a nightmare choosing from so many options but Jim demonstrated under bed storage and helped me choose the best option for me. Delivery was great too.
We dealt with Steve, he had excellent customer service, very polite, helped me in every way I asked. Watched me lie on every single bed with patience, understood my needs and supplied the same.
They say a pic tells a thousand stories, well I'll let you figure this one out. Going to take 3weeks to replace & deliver, so there may be an update to follow yet. Update....They arrived with the new bed base only to be told that its not the same colour as ordered, so they never even took it off the wagon. Once again complained to the complaints dept & "they will look into it". Must be said that Wendy is a gem, working hard to resolve this matter. Note: as I originally ordered a base WITH matching headboard, obviously all parts need match in the colour etc. Yet another 4weeks to wait now.

A good variety of beds and other items for the bedroom. Some items are a bit over the top. There was a long wait for items to be delivered plus a charge for delivery. So not impressed with that, they lost the sale!!
From ordering my bed to delivery. Can't thank the staff at Bensons for Beds Castleford enough for helping me choose the right bed for me. Also delivery was brilliant. On time, kept me informed along the way. The delivery team were friendly, polite and took great care whilst taking out my old bed and bringing in the new one. Couldn't ask for more.
