“My built-in microwave had broken, so I ordered a replacement from CDA. When the replacement was installed, there was an unsightly gap (since the new microwave was smaller than the original). The fitters went ‘above and beyond’ to fill the gap neatly so I now not only have a working microwave but also one which has been very neatly fitted.”

And it doesn't stop there, I even got a loyalty card which I got stamped with my purchase.
