    I was in today and needed some help from staff as it’s my husband than usually does these things. However I asked a member of staff named Claire for help and she was completely rude. She seemed too fussed with trying to get home early by constantly fidgeting and checking the time. I didn’t feel like I was a priority and it made the experience awful. I will be telling my husband not to come back here any time soon.

    This is months late. Apologies. I would like to express how impressed I was with the service received here from a staff member named Shelby. I took my time, but this is a must share review. Such a jolly character. Just who I needed in my hopeless state to fix my washing machine and my dishwater drainers together. I walked in in fear and hopeless. Shelby used her personality and positivity to lighten and liven me up as she gave me a working solution to fix my washing machine and dishwasher problem. I am so grateful, Shelby. Stay delightful and thank you for not giving up when I walked into your store, hopeless that I will have to hand wash my dishes daily, whilst going to work full time and looking after my cute angels at the same time.
