“I ordered some Type 1 to be delivered on the Friday, however they managed to deliver it a day early. A special mention however, must go to the delivery driver who went above and way beyond. I was stuck in bad traffic and unable to be present. The driver called me and went out of his way to ensure the delivery was made even though the access was limited. I sadly didn't get his name but I hope his bosses appreciate his outstanding work. Thanks again”

“Absolutely great customer service from Brannan at Castleford. I called not really knowing what I needed, hired a large dehumidifier which dried out my plastered room a treat. Refund of deposit made straight away (not "it'll be 7 days" like a lot of businesses). Great service all round, will definitely use again and would highly recommend.”

“It was a lovely experience shopping in this large store, where a wide variety of products are available. I bought a Daim Easter egg for a cheap price of £2, a version that I was so happy to purchase since it's not on sale at Morrison's or Tesco! The eggs are organized in an area near the counter, not leaving much time between picking one up and getting it. It is clear where the till is due to the pay here circle and I felt satisfied with my service, encountering 100% friendly staff!”
