Adam met us as we were perusing, he was very helpful, friendly,knowledgeable and obviously passionate about what he does. He went out of his way to make our experience a good one, we purchased shoes and insoles. The manager who did the insoles was just as friendly and helpful ( sorry didn't get your name) fabulous experience, will definitely return. First class custom made service. “Well, what a gem of a store. The ladies are very friendly, helpful and relaxed which is a really good thing and most of all they are happy. I really enjoy going to see them. If you park in the Orange car park they are just under half way round (going right when you enter the outlet on the left side). As a big lad, it's also brilliant for me to find that they have 4-5XL tops in stock at awesome offer prices. Thank you ladies, it is genuinely a pleasure.”

“Just spent the best part of an hour in here. Sally was extremely helpful from start to finish. First of all, persuading my partner to try on a different style of jeans than his go to style. Then sharing so much of her knowledge with me about the women's jeans and which might suit me best as well as being encouraging with my lack of confidence on sizing. She threw a few curveballs in that I loved and probably wouldn't have considered without support!! Throughout this experience Sally was attentive towards the pair of us grabbing different sizes and offering her thoughts on how the jeans fit, whilst also being excellent towards other customers and running round the shop keeping it tidy along with her colleague whose name we didn't get. Overall a brilliant experience, we will be returning but maybe once our bank balance has recovered!!”

“Great weather! Got everything that we needed and the prices are lower than retail prices. You've got subway and greegs and Starbucks for food. Always grab bargains from there. There's also a American themed diner there. A must go!”

We always stop by at this Trespass store whenever we are at Freeport (Junction 32) because the prices are unbeatable. The store is clean and tidy, and the layout is nice which makes it is easy to find the items you are looking for. Excellent quality items at sale prices, pop in and grab yourself a bargain if you are in the area!”

I was late in ordering my husband's birthday present of two custom made caps in tweed of my choice, yet this amazing company managed to make, pack and ship them in 24 hours, and we got them delivered to our door in 48 hours!!
