   I called in advance, got a friendly welcome and a stock check before travelling to the store. The staff were welcoming and friendly and helpful in fitting me for a suit. I was not rushed at all. The prices at the outlet were less than online so really happy. A bonus saving I did not expect. Nice one.

   The ladies in the Moss Bros Castleford store were amazing at helping my partner find and order his suit for our wedding, we got everything we needed and also hired suits for his groomsman. They were really friendly and helpful. When we went to the Leeds store the staff seemed disinterested, whereas the Castleford team couldn't do enough to help and advise us, they were absolutely fab. So, I highly recommend taking the trip to them and getting the outlet discount too!

   Absolutely outstanding customer service at this shop specifically Tamzin and Lucy were a massive help in my partners time of need 15 days away from our wedding day! I went in the shop feeling sick about my partner losing 2 stone and his suit looking like something 15 year old borrowed from his dad but we both left with a smile on our faces hand in hand so thanks for the help and going above and beyond!    I’ve booked in via the web site I had a confirmation email, a follow up call then another email, my son & I arrived to a very busy store but we were seen straight away by Vincent a young guy with similar build to my son Daniel so he already knew what styles would look great, Daniel tried 4 different styles/colours and left a very happy chap ready for his Prom. Excellent experience from start to finish.

   There was a great variety of suits and all of good quality. However, the customer service was abhorrent - we were served by a male assistant (brown hair and beard, scrawny) who clearly did not want to help us from the beginning and had an extremely nasty attitude. After asking to help us with measurements his immediate response was “no” with nothing else which immediately alarmed us and told us to work it ourselves. Works in a suit shop but has no etiquette - the irony is laughable. His disgusting attitude almost put us off from buying the suit but we were running out of time. I hope Moss Bros has a complete change of management in this store as after reading the other 1 star reviews it’s clear this was not an isolated experience.

   Good range of suits and varying prices, styles. Tailored, slim fit, hire or made to measure. Helpful team of assistants ready to measure you, make suggestions on style. A lady called Joy assisted us, providing great customer service and was very patient in helping us make choices/offer alternative options on suits. There was no pressure to buy.

   Top service from Cam, didn't have the size for what I wanted so he ordered it in for me, I like the idea of the tailored stuff that they do here, gives that bespoke feel to something that would ordinarily just be bought off the shelf!! I recommended this to one of my mates who is also getting married, he didn't take my advice and went to a different suit shop (not going to mention their name 'directly'...) and he showed me what they bought and to say that the suits looked like 'novelty' suits would be an understatement... if I ever need another suit again it'll be moss bros all the way!!
