   Frustrating staff ! poor customer service and poor returns policy!! QUIZ YOU’RE A DISGRACE. So I bought a dress and there was nothing on it to say it was a sale item or anything like that especially in the section that it was I decided to get it but the following day I changed my mind about it so I’ve come back less than four days later only to be turned it’s a sale item which can only be exchanged no refunds available and there was nothing else in the store that I wanted. Further to being told it was an exchange only item. . Further to be told it was a exchange only item I only had 14 days to exchange it, but then they changed this to 7 day policy because it’s a sale item and so I have less than four days to find something to swap it for because I won’t get my money back which is extremely annoying and a con. The attitude of the staff was really unfriendly and not helpful at all. The quality of the garment is poor as it is but to be refused a refund is unacceptable and apparently a company policy. If anybody wants to buy anything from junction 32 especially likes of jd sports or quiz, please bear this in mind that you will not get a refund or an exchange because Unless you’re looking carefully most items are sale items so there’s no way you can change your mind about it afterwards. Consider yourselves 60+ quid out of pocket.

   Person wearing green jacket managing fitting rooms on 5 of March had awful customer service was rude and asked if we were playing dress up instead of trying on felt very judged wouldn't go back don't recommen!
