   The manager of the store is incredibly unhelpful and rude. We tried to exchange my daughters coat due to a manufacturer fault on the zip and she flat out refused, telling us to take it up with HQ and refused to provide her name like it was some kind of top secret information. After a very long a drawn out process with emails back and forth as well as the item being sent to their HQ to confirm our claim, it was agreed that there needed to be a full refund which we received. The whole thing was completely unnecessary and unacceptable and I won't be using tresspass products in the future as a result of this experience. It's of no surprise to me that the store is no longer there as, with management like that, it's no wonder it wasn't performing as it should.

   After calling at j32 today for farthers day gifts with my daughter, we entered trespass and looked around, after picking up some items we were approached very kindly by jack ….. he was very knowledgeable about the products I had selected, not knowing if I’d got the correct items for walking clothes for my husband. Jack informed me of all the technical details . He is only a young person, but was very friendly in his approach without being over forward in his approach. After talking with jack and feeling good about my choice I went to the till and was served by the shop manager, who was also very kind and up sold me the aftercare for the items I’d selected. Well done ! Keep up the very kind approach with all your customers! 10/10

   Absolutely fantastic service from Ruth the store manager who went above and beyond to help us. We always stop by at this Trespass store whenever we are at Freeport (Junction 32) because the prices are unbeatable. The store is clean and tidy, and the layout is nice which makes it is easy to find the items you are looking for. Excellent quality items at sale prices, pop in and grab yourself a bargain if you are in the area!

   The manager Ruth is amazing. When she found out that I was from Ukraine, she helped with advice and decided everything so that I could get the product that I dreamed of. The store is just perfect. There is everything you need for camping and sports. Prices are naturally pleasing and because of all this, you want to return to ... and buy whatever you want. I'll be back next week with my order. Thank you very much Ruth for your help and support.

   Website stated store closes at 8 popped throught at 19:20 doors locked and staff behind till just looked at me smiled and carried on, either staff closed early or website need updating

   Great staff and service. I would definitely come again to find sports and hiking gear. They have a great selection load of items you may need with friendly staff that can help if you ask. It Isn’t too busy either and is in a great location thats easy to find.
