    I came into the store looking for black high-waisted jeans, and the girl who helped me was brilliant. I didn’t catch her name, but she showed me exactly what I needed, found the right sizes, and even suggested trying a pair of bootcut jeans I’d never normally pick — I ended up buying those and a blue pair as well. She seemed new, but she did an excellent job and definitely deserves some credit.

    Normally the staff are friendly and helpful. This time the guy near the door told us we were looking at women's jeans not mens jeans which was fine. I asked for 28 leg in men's and he said no they don't do them and then just pointed to a pile of 30 legs. No offer to help us try and find something suitable. We were disappointed and left the shop. Not the usual service we expect. Other staff members were helping customers find items or suitable alternatives he just didn't seem bothered. We would have definitely bought some jeans if we had been offered some suggestions.

    The staff in this shop are fantastic. Shopping on my own would usually be a waste of time as I’m rubbish at making decisions about clothes without my wife or kids. There is a really good range here and the staff helped me with sizing and to make a choice. They couldn’t be more helpful.

    Just spent the best part of an hour in here. Sally was extremely helpful from start to finish. First of all, persuading my partner to try on a different style of jeans than his go to style. Then sharing so much of her knowledge with me about the women's jeans and which might suit me best as well as being encouraging with my lack of confidence on sizing. She threw a few curveballs in that I loved and probably wouldn't have considered without support!! Throughout this experience Sally was attentive towards the pair of us grabbing different sizes and offering her thoughts on how the jeans fit, whilst also being excellent towards other customers and running round the shop keeping it tidy along with her colleague whose name we didn't get. Overall a brilliant experience, we will be returning but maybe once our bank balance has recovered!!
