   I booked an appointment for a new ski boot fitting at the Ellis Brigham shop in Xscape Castleford & had to cancel at the last minute due to ordering some online. When these arrived & fitted well 'out of the box' I phoned to explain & re-booked to have these fine-tuned & footbeds fitted. When I arrived they couldn't have been more friendly & helpful. Ollie gave my new boots (purchased elsewhere) a comprehensive going over prior to conducting a thorough analysis of my feet followed by precise professional footbed moulding, shell grinding & heat moulding of the liners - all at a very reasonable price. Best fitting ski-boots in over 30 years of ski-ing! Highly recommended.

Otto was very patient, knew his stuff and helped me make an informed, comfortable choice.    Just had a custom boot fitting at this store with Tom Starbuck. He was absolutely fantastic, really helpful, polite, easy and fun to talk to, very attentive and knowledgeable about all aspects of ski boots and skiing in general. The other staff in the store were also great, had a lovely, helpful woman that ordered a jacket in which they didn’t have the right size in store and a lovely bloke who made us a coffee whilst I was having a fitting. Overall had a brilliant experience and will be recommending this store to family and friends.

   Fantastic experience in this store today. Shoe shopping for my husband, not an easy experience! Adam met us as we were perusing, he was very helpful, friendly,knowledgeable and obviously passionate about what he does. He went out of his way to make our experience a good one, we purchased shoes and insoles. The manager who did the insoles was just as friendly and helpful ( sorry didn't get your name) fabulous experience, will definitely return. First class custom made service.    Can't express how impressed and grateful I am to of had Jimi help me today in fitting my first pair of ski boots. Absolutely lovely bloke, shared some real good knowledge with me and loads of tips and exercises to help me along my way. He explained the entire way through the experience and im very happy with what he provided. Also, every other member of staff who helped me have been brilliant also, very friendly and can't help enough. Amazing products in stock and will certainly be shopping here again.    Really happy with my new ski boots purchased from Ellis Brigham today. Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave very good advice and there was no pressure to buy. I also learned a lot about the fit of ski boots and had my chosen boot inners moulded to the shape of my feet so they were very comfortable and an accurate fit. Would recommend without hesitation.
