Just bought a helmet and goggles from the Castleford Surfanic store. Rihanna the assistant was great. Gave me some good advice and was very patient helping me try on different bits of kit. I will definitely use this store again.
I called ahead to make sure item in store. The staff member was really helpful.
Exceptional customer service! I returned to the store with a jacket I bought 11 months earlier. There was a very minor defect in the stitching, and I had lost my receipt so, I really didn’t expect to receive any help. However, after demonstrating proof of purchase with a bank statement the store manager bent over backwards to arrange a brand-new replacement. Not only this, I explained that I would be flying out within 10 days and he arranged DPD next day delivery from the store as soon as he received the replacement. And if that wasn’t enough, they sent a complimentary pack of Ski socks too. You couldn’t wish for better customer service. Thank you very much!
