Fantastic selection and amazingly attentive staff, Gaynor was fantastic and helped me pick a suit with matching tie and shirt colours. Really happy with final selection and great offers all over. Highly recommend.
Buy atleast 2 suits a year from here, but after my last visit, I won't again. I'm very capable of looking after myself, but what looked like a senior member of staff (male) came up to me and proceed to hover and being really annoying. I asked him not to hover, and had an unpleasant reply. I left without buy the suit I wanted and will not be shopping there again
Great range of suits and fantastic customer service thank you. Nothing was too much trouble the gentleman who works here was really professional and attentive stopping what he was doing to help find the right size for my husband. All staff we came into contact with were so friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend to others
Really good shop for all your suits, very good discounts. Took my dad here today and a very nice lady (didn’t get her name) looked after us, very helpful and very polite. Definitely come back here again.
Not shopped here before, i needed a shirt and thought I would give Skopes in Castleford a try. I was met by Shellie who immediately knew what size I was, there was a lot of choice but narrowed it down to 4 styles with Shellies help. I didn’t feel under any pressure to buy anything but was offered 100% assistance. I bought shirts of different styles!! Well done to the shop for offering an excellent choice of wear and well done to all the staff for their professionalism, politeness and courtesy, I’ll be back!!
Not a good experience. After looking at a couple of jackets we were pounced on by an over-enthusiastic member of staff who practically had the jacket rung up on the till even after we explained that we weren’t sure if it was the one we wanted! Too keen for the sale and, although this may be company policy, it’s rather pushy and off-putting. Some nice suits though.
Lovely experience all round the woman was extremely helpful and very approachable, I believe her name was Shelly, fabulous range of colours and sizes, absolutely lovely place, highly recommend goin here
Went here to find a ja ket to pair with some jeans. Knowing nothing about this style of fashion, the sales assistant was great. Talked me through the various colour combinations and was only to happy to go off looking for other items that would be suitable. They have a great selection of suits and jackets too.
Shockingly bad service twice here now - zero concern for the customer, all about the sale. I received nothing but hard sell followed by sulking when I requested to do things my way and not theirs. It’s arrogant, it’s unhelpful and it’s not what buying a suit should be about. My advice? Go somewhere that treats you less like a cash cow and more like a customer.
Bought suits from this shop for years. Still the est quality for the price. Don't alway have the bigger sizes in stock thou but if you can wait a day or two they can order you the pieces in
