I had been going here for a couple of years. The team are very knowledgeable and never try to rush you when you are looking for something new to try. I started on disposable vapes before moving into one of their refillable devices. Highly recommended. Great staff, great prices and even better offers. Thank you
When I decided to stop smoking I wanted to find a vape shop where the staff would be kind, respect that I’m choosing to quit an addiction and give me the space and time to work things out. At totally wicked the staff member helped me, he didn’t push me to spend more money and actually offered me the cheapest option on a great deal. He helped me with any questions I had regarding vaping and was happy to have a little chat and laugh. This is now my new vape shop and I don’t think I’ll go elsewhere to fulfill my vaping needs.

The absolute worst of customer service!!! Just called them to try and get some information and help and the guy just hung up on me. Is this the level of service you provide?? Horrible, rude and inconsiderate. And their response below, is a typical example of the customer service they provide. Any potential customer over the phone is now a Scammer apparently. No accountability whatsoever. Great service guys. Keep it up!
A rather refreshing addition to the row of shops in the area and free on site parking is a bonus! Saf was very thorough whilst helping me to choose a range of flavours and a new set of coils. And it doesn't stop there, I even got a loyalty card which I got stamped with my purchase. Soon enough I'll be getting 3 bottles of liquids (on the house) - A company which gives you something back, a real feel good factor!
