   Lovely welcoming place and staff with a large selection of sofas to view and try for comfort. Joao looked after us, he was very polite and attentive when needed but not pushy at all, he left us to look and was there when needed, a pleasure to deal with. We ordered a Lazy Boy 3 seater and electric chair. Advised 16 week turnaround but they actually came in 12. They were delivered by Kami & Sam from KC Sofas who were also very polite and careful when carrying the sofa and chair in respecting our property. They allowed us plenty of time to inspect the chairs and explained everything necessary, again as with Joao lovely to speak to and a credit to the company. The chair and sofa are both excellent and we are very happy with the price paid. We would wholeheartedly recommend a visit to KC Sofas in Castleford, you won't be disappointed.

   Kami & Sam delivered our new sofa set on Wednesday and we're an absolute dream. Quick yet professional service. Lovely lads, really happy with the service we received! Overall experience with KC Sofas has been 10/10 from viewing the showroom with Joaõ and the usual showroom staff member (forgive me we don't have your name written down), ordering been such a quick and easy process, the call we revived to book our delivery and the actual delivery. Excellent company and exceptional staff, would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   We visited KC sofas at castleford. The salesman called steve couldnt be more helpfull if he tried. There was no pressure selling at all just friendly advice. We eventually chose what we wanted and paid a deposit. The suite arrived when we were told it would. Two smashing lads charlie and sam delivered the suite they were also VERY polite and caring. After our lovely experience with this family company we wont be going to the big firms ever again. Thankyou to all involved.

   What a delight to visit the KC Sofas showroom in Castleford. Family owned and run, had a lovely chat with Charlie and "Uncle Steve" (Not necessarily about Sofas). I was left alone to look around the two storey showroom (no lift if you have a requirement) at their range of sofas while I made a decision. Agreed to come back another day while I made the necessary measurements etc. When I returned I was able to quickly place my order. No fuss... No hassle at any time. Sofa on order now, but the experience so far has been excellent. Update: 24/10. Sofa Delivered today by Tyler and Nath. Great guys. No fuss, no mess. Positioned where I wanted it. (I could've taken delivery of sofa a couple of weeks earlier but this was the best day for me. Very flexible on their part.)

Delivery slot was given in advance and it came within the time slot. Was delivered by Tyler and Charlie. Very polite and professional young men. Highly recommended

   Staff were very helpful and left you to it, before asking if you needed any help. Nice layout, there is a ground floor and 1st floor. Plenty to choose from. Reasonable prices, also they have an ex demo room next door where there was plenty of sofas to choose from with some fantastic savings, definitely worth a look round as well.
