   Rude sales assistant. I went into the store today with my Mum and 2 children. There was a large stuffed animal furnishing that looked like a huge toy to a child. It was just sat in the middle of the shop. My 3 year old went to stroke it, to which the sales assistant, possibly manage, then came over and took it away muttering "they don't realise how expensive these things are". My little girl looked very upset. She then proceeded to tell my little boy off for picking a bird looking house ornament. As I was about to tell him to put it back on the shelf, the lady had already said to him "be careful with that, you could break it". It was getting excessive and even the customers behind the sales assistant looked shocked and pulled a face as if to say she's acting very strangely. I don't know he name of this lady but it was ridiculous! These are children who are going to try and pick things up, look at things. We are responsible parents and would always make sure that we calmly tell the kiddies to pop things back, however the sales assistant/manager,seemed to be watching us the entire time, so we just left. This was today at Junction 32, the lady was wearing a grey suit and had bobbed hair. We will be writing a formal complaint. It is inappropriate to be monitoring someone else's children, speak to them like that and mutter things to other customers about our children. If she didn't want children tempted by toy looking furnishings then don't place them in the middle of the shop. I don't know what's happening to today's society, but what happened to politeness. We won't be returning and we will also ensure others know about the experience.

   Purchased a goose filled duvet which was faulty with ( empty corners) On returning it for a refund the assistant manager ( ring through nose) refused a refund stating they did not refund. I would like to draw your attention to legal position on faulty goods which you obviously do not understand. In my opinion the store is selling seconds passing them off as perfect goods and not abiding by the law. Do not shop here.

   Bought a garden gazebo, it looked really good. Within a matter of weeks the metal supports gave way. I would have expected it in windy weather but not calm and dry. Customer service is non existing. They are definately selling substandard products!

   Absolutely love this shop. Went to the York one recently and was in there over an hour. So much lovely stuff to see and very unusual items. My in-laws fell in love with a sideboard but sadly they do not ship to Spain. We bought a 6’ pre-lit Christmas tree and the Christmas decs are gorgeous. Highly recommend this shop and staff are great. We also got a 10% discount too.

   I went in to Junction 32’s Jane Plum interiors today & was helped by a really lovely lady. I have always found the staff in there to be friendly, but nothing was too much trouble for her. She took a rug out of the window to look at & gave me details to order it if I decided to.

   If I could give you 0 stars I would. Your customer service is shocking still waiting for a Xmas present you got wrong sorry as you said not your fault the guy who does the print read it wrong!!! Then check the invoice before you call us it’s now the 8th and still no gift. The guy who is working today 8th January horrendous customer service. Rude not helpful and shouting I said next week isn’t clever. I hope your manager reads this and gets rid. Terrible
