   I would highly recommend Daniel who was able to help me with my neck pain. When I arrived I couldn’t move my head at all as it was so painful in my neck. Daniel was able to relieve this and 2 days after the osteopathy I was able to move it completely as normal. I am so thankful that Castle clinic could fit me in the same day as I injured it and now I have no problems! Thank you so much!!

   Osteopathy at Castle Clinic was recommended to me several years ago to help with my lower back pain for which I was struggling to find relief from other therapies. On assessment Seb was able to identify associated muscles and joints contributing to my back pain and provide necessary therapy of stretching and gentle manipulation. I absolutely recommend Seb at Castle Clinic for joint/muscle concerns to help with relieving pain and improving posture and mobility.

   I am having Osteopathy treatment at Castle Clinic and it is being very beneficial. I came to see an osteopath several weeks ago because I was suffering from persistent severe headaches and thoracic back pain for which I was taking a lot of painkillers. After a short time my headaches have greatly reduced and now only occur very occasionally. I am currently having treatment for my back pain and it is helping tremendously. The osteopath told me that my spine is curved and he is working on helping to straighten this. I feel several inches taller when I leave the clinic, am feeling much better in my general health than before I began the treatment and am no longer relying on paracetamol and codeine to get through each day. I first came to Castle Clinic several years ago when I had damaged my rotary cuff and was having problems with restricted movement and pain in my shoulder. After several visits to the osteopath the problem was resolved and I haven't had any recurring rotary cuff issues since. I would recommend the osteopaths at Castle Clinic.

   I have attended Castle Clinic for several osteopathy appointments with Lauren for severe back and hip issues and can not recommend Castle Clinic enough. Through treatment and advice , I am now much much better. Throughout my appointments, I felt calm, welcome, and listened to. I would not hesitate to recommend the Clinic and in particular Lauren.    I had an issue with my shoulder for years. After having a particularly bad episode the wife convinced me to come down to Castle Clinic to get it sorted. It turned out it was actually an issue with my neck. If you have an issue with neck or shoulder pain like I did, I’d highly recommend getting an appointment here. Charlotte who helped me with my neck was really lovely, helpful and professional. Not only did she give treatment on the appointment but also helped me to make some really good exercise & changes to help with my neck issues.

   Zanib was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My hearing wasn’t great and I was struggling to hear anything out of my left ear. Zanib cleaned both of my ears and now my hearing is as good as it’s ever been! I would Highly recommend Zanib.
