   Having had a poor experience at my previous practice I found We Fix Feet Ilkeston. From first entering the Practice you can see how professional WFF are and the lovely welcome from Ruth . Ronnie was brilliant and explained in full detial and answered my questions with ease and was so professional in his approach and recommendations. I left with my feet feeling "new".    I attended an appointment today for a suspected ingrown toenail which was causing a lot of pain and was red and inflamed. Darren the podiatrist was brilliant. He assessed the toe and identified that there were no spikes into the side of the toe and that the problem had likely been caused by trauma. He debrided the callous skin and gave me excellent aftercare advice to promote healing. What I also got was a full assessment of my feet, how to care for them, footwear and insole advice as well as what type of foot file to use and cream for softening hard skin. Darren was very thorough and explained everything really clearly. I bought 2 sets of insoles to prevent microtrauma to my joints. Would 100% recommend. The most relaxing and enjoyable 45 mins I have had in a long time. I could have stayed in his chair all day!

   I'm really pleased I first decided to try We Fix Feet some months ago - I've had about four appointments since then. The staff are lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. I have only to mention any minor problem with my feet and they always find a way to help. The relief of not having to be a contortionist struggling to cut my own toe nails and deal with hard skin has been so welcome. It's not cheap - but worth every penny in terms of peace of mind - and comfortable feet!

   I've visited We Fix Feet on several occasions over the past years and always been treated very well for my foot problems. Most recently, I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis, which with the help of Steve and Darren, it's now fully resolved. The pain is gone and the insoles are so comfy! Thanks guys!
