   This is my honest review of my experience at Zenith Clinic with Dr. Dinesh Maini. If you’re dealing with a keloid especially for the first time, I strongly recommend going straight to him. Many clinics don’t have the right experience, and poor treatment can make a keloid come back worse (speaking from my own experience). Dr. Maini is incredibly kind, patient, and true to his word. My keloids were severe and required multiple treatments, yet he never charged me extra because he genuinely wanted me to be happy with the results. That level of care is rare!! Don’t be tempted by cheaper clinics that offer no real after-care. I would always return to Dr. Maini, and I hope this review helps you choose this wonderful clinic with confidence! -Angel

   I’m currently getting all the colours in my tattoo zapped—green, red, blue, even stubborn turquoise—and the results have been impressive. I started seeing the fade after the very first session. Rita at Zenith Clinic is incredibly professional, calm, and genuinely comforting throughout the process. If anyone can make laser removal feel like a spa day, it’s her. I’ll definitely be coming back for the rest of my sessions!

   I recently had a revision Rhinoplasty done at Zenith by the amazing Professor Sama who I couldn’t recommend enough. Not only is he super kind and caring, he is incredibly skilled. The whole team who assisted during my surgery went above and beyond. They instantly put me at ease and were so gentle and thoughtful with me during my time there. I had a complex case where I previously had poorly done graft work inside my nose that brought me daily pain and looked awful. Professor Sama not only fixed my nose completely and fully restored my breathing, but aesthetically it is beautiful and a nose to be proud of thanks to his skills and expertise! I would also like to thank the reception staff who are so friendly and caring, especially Rachel and secretary Megan.    I had a xanthelasma removed from my upper left eyelid in April. The procedure was well explained, then quick and painless. I expected it to hurt once the anaesthetic has worn off but there was absolutely no pain. I have received clear instructions from doctor Maini on how to look after the wound, and used Aquaphor rather than vaseline for it. About ten days after the procedure I went on holiday to Las Vegas and even with the dry hot air it was easy to keep on top of looking after the wound and keeping it moist. It's healed really well with minimal scarring and the doctor was extremely happy with how it's healed when we have had the post op check today. To say I'm happy is an understatement - the procedure was easy, done professionally, everything was explained well and I could contact the doctor with any questions and worries, and updated him daily during the first couple of weeks after the procedure, to ensure the healing is coming along as it's supposed to. Excellent service from start to finish and a great, professional place. I'd definitely recommend the clinic and will use their services again if/when the need arises. Thank you very much for giving me back my confidence!

   I recently had a free Signature Facial at Zenith as part of a Christmas Teeth Whitening offer! The treatment was carried out by Liz and it was such a relaxing and pleasant experience. Liz made me feel comfortable throughout and I can certainly feel the benefits of the treatment on my skin. As well as being super friendly, Liz was very informative, and I gained lots of valuable information and guidance on skincare during the appointment. My face has been glowing since I had the treatment and overall feels rejuvenated and energised! Thank you, Liz, for such a great experience. I’ll be sure to return soon!

   I cannot recommend Zenith enough, after having a very insightful and informed first consultation with Dr Maini about the best way to treat my acne scaring he recommended Liz and the magic of Morpheus8 and I’m so glad he did! From my first chat, the treatment day and the follow up after, Liz was friendly, professional and honest about the results I can expect- she’s a lovely lady and a real credit to the practise. My scaring has improved greatly after 1 treatment and I’m excited to see the progress as my journey with Zenith continues! Thank you Zenith and thank you Liz!!

   I cannot possibly recommend Zenith enough! I was booked in for 2 mole removals on my head. I arrived at Zenith and was greeted by some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. They offered me coffee whilst I waited for my appointment time. I was booked in to see Dr Maini. He is quite easily the kindest and most caring doctor I’ve ever encountered. A very funny man too. The doctor and the doctors assistant made the whole mole removal process so easy and pain free. It literally took just 20 minutes. The surgery provides so much information too and they spend time to look at you unlike other surgeries I’ve been too in the past. Please go along for a consultation at Zenith if you are considering any cosmetic work. Even if it is something that they do not treat, the information that they provide is really useful. Thank you Zenith for a very heart warming experience.

   Firstly I had a great experience from all the staff that work at Zenith. From arriving and being greeted by the very friendly reception staff. Dr Mani performed mole removal on two moles on my face. He took his time to explain different options available to me and the outcomes. The procedure was done straight after and I was made to feel comfortable throughout. Aftercare advice was given and I was able to check in with Dr Mani during my recovery. I have been today for a check up and Dr Mani and myself are really happy with the results. Overall a 5 star experience and I can't thank the staff enough
