   I booked in for your facelift and stomach sculpt in the Nottingham clinic, my practitioner was Alex and I had a great experience. My mother has been interested in treatments but hasn’t been convinced to book in so I bought her along so she could get a better idea, Alex was so informative and accommodating answering all mine and her questions. The consultation was impressive having done some research Alex could answer all my questions and clearly was well practised. I have a very slim face and was concerned about losing any volume, Alex and I agreed on a plan and she let me know what she was doing throughout the treatment, she checked in on the discomfort level frequently which was minimal and the overall experience was really enjoyable, can’t recommend her highly enough.

   I had my first visit yesterday, Alexandria is very professional, knowledgeable and skilled for hifu. The RF treatment at the end was extra rewarding after the hifu . My skin feels rejuvenated and I'll come back after 6 months as advised. Thank you it is amazing !

   I've just had my first HIFU treatment with Charlotte on my face, neck & décolletage at the Nottingham branch. Charlotte was wonderful, she put me at ease, explained the procedure and checked throughout that the treatment was at the right level. Its slightly uncomfortable in more delicate areas but easily adjusted. It's only been a few hours but I can already see and feel a difference. I am so impressed I've booked a second treatment for myself and the friend that bought me the first treatment.

   I had the full HIFU treatment with Charlotte yesterday and it was fabulous. I am amazed, no side effects and only very very minor discomfort which ebbed away in seconds. And even though the full results are said to be achieved after 3 to 6 months, there is already a noticeable improvement in my skin texture. Charlotte is a lovely lady, she knows her stuff and is very professional. And wonderful to chat with. I will be back. Once again thank you, Charlotte. I am very grateful!

   Really had no idea what to expect when booking in cryo. Charlotte was absolutely brilliant about making sure to explain the process, results and aftercare. Charlotte took the time to consult with me about what my ideal results would be, what my goals are and how I would want to maintain my progress long-term. Charlotte also took the time to consult with my about a few different options that fit my aesthetic goals, lifestyle, budget and timelines. She made the whole process easy peazy from start to finish, put my nerves and ease and spoke to me on a very friendly and professional level. The actual procedure was quick, pain free and actually quite relaxing. Charlotte explained every step and bit of equipment and what each piece would do and where it would be placed. The process was completely pain free and actually quite fun! Charlotte took the time to check on me regularly, offered me a cuppa a few times, and made sure I was comfortable and okay with the increasing stages of cryo. After the treatment, Charlotte explained what to expect and managed my expectations for timelines and followed up to confirm my upcoming appointments. I'm now a week after my appointment and I can see some immediate results on my left side where I had treatment, though I was told full results wouldn't actually start to show for 2 x weeks. I am so pleasantly surprised and will definitely be coming back. The experience was pleasant, fun and relaxing. Would absolutely recommend!

   My wife visited Char at Nottingham and found her really helpful. The treatment was as easy as lying down and letting Char get on with it. Not painful, yes it was cold (a bit like getting in a swimming pool) when she applied the membrane but after that no issues at all. Day 4 post treatment and all is good, its a little sore (feels like bruising) but no other issues. Char was great, she explained everything and stayed to chat which made the time go really fast. waiting for the magic to happen now.

   I had appointment today with Charlotte in Nottingham to have Plasma treatment on my upper and lower eyelids. From the word go she was amazing so friendly and made me feel so at ease. She explained everything to me on what she was going to do. I can highly recommend Charlotte and the Vivo Clinic. You won’t regret it.
