“The service hotel is in an excellent location within the City of Birmingham, England. All the shops, restaurants, attractions are within easy walking distance. It is also easily accessible by road, train and coach from across the country. The rooms are clean, air conditioned and have all essential facilities included. The beds are comfortable with bedding and pillows to ensure a great sleep, which is also helped by the “black out” curtains. Water temperature and pressure is fully adjustable allowing for a perfect shower at any time.”

“Stayed here for one night late September. Staff are SO friendly and helpful, right from check-in, and also at breakfast. There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel, which is standard corporate style, but very smart and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean and, at last, some decent temperate controls that worked really quickly. It's worth getting breakfast. The buffet selection isn't huge, but it's big enough mix and the hot food was actually hot, and very tasty. It wasn't too much extra over the standard room price, so well worth it.”

“Just back from a birthday afternoon tea with my friends. A wonderful tea with great selection of sandwiches and cakes. They even made some bespoke sandwiches for us. The staff are friendly attentive and helpful. The table was decorated and both birthday girls had a gift. Big thanks to Julette who looked after us so well. What a lovely lady and an asset to Novotel. Excellent service and a lovely way to spend the afternoon.”

“Good staff and good breakfast Excellent location and even a better service by the staff. VINEETH and his colleague on reception were excellent. Also the BREAKFAST was really good. The rooms are a bit old here, especially the bath tub. We found hair lying in the bath not cleaned and also wrappers on the room floor. But the best part is when we contacted the reception to inform about this an immediate action was taken and we were given a room change with a free upgrade. I think the 5 stars in the review is for the hospitality by the receptionist which made the stay comfortable and relaxing.”

They upgraded my room as I was staying the full week, and gave lots of great recommendations. They went out of their way to chat and make me feel at home - especially being 8 months pregnant! “It was a nice experience. Staff are very professional, from security and reception to case workers. I arrived 15 minutes earlier for appointment as suggested on website. Handed all documents at my appointment time. Fingerprint is taken in 10 minutes after that. We are told to wonder around the town centre for shops and cafes, I was called in 1 hour 5 minute after I left the premium centre. All my documents are ready for collection including my visa. I did prepare 2 piles of documents, original and photocopy all labelled. It definitely helped speed of process. I am very impressed if you have a choice book at Solihull. Town centre is also quite nice with lots of places to eat.”
