Just a thank you to Kelly ( i think- blonde hair). She was so accommodating and went out her to makesure i was comfortable. I also lost my bag and she bought it to my room. Thank you Kelly. I couldnt personally thank you but hope the company appreciates the level of service you provide. You an asset to them.

I had expected more from this hotel as I had stayed at others. The rooms were dated and the bed , which was 2 singles pulled together was very uncomfortable. In fact one of beds was definitely broken as it felt like a crater had opened up. The bathroom was basic and small. But good hot water and decent shower. Only one lift was working and that make a strange sound too. I thought it was an arts sound installation. Best thing about the hotel was close location to the town and Utilitra stadium.

So we had room 317 for me and my son on 3rd floor. Check in and leaving where great and we went there 5 hours before check and they held our bags. They offered us a hot drink and yes it was a self service machine. The hot chocolate was nice. The bed was so soft and the best pillows I ever used. The whole place is amazing but... The staff and the self service brekkie is terrible. Hard hash brown, stale scrambled eggs. Sausages you can't cut with a knife and the beans . Staff stiring the skin into it he beans and they Luke warm. The staff clearing table just rude.. Will come back but not for the brekkie

Good room for a very fair price. 24h reception was quite beneficial and staff very friendly. Great location and worth to spend additional £15 for the Hotel car park, considering the parking charges in the area. The only minus was the £12 per person charged for the breakfast which although with a good variety, it might start not be worth, since it increased very recently from £9. My reservation was still referying to £9 and therefore the £12 charge was a surprise (not the 5 stars just for this), but to be fair child not paying for breakfast is a good plus.

This is probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We came for a conference. The beds are so comfy. You get unlimited complimentary coffee, but what was the best was that ALL the staff went over and beyond to welcome us. Nothing was too much. Thank you for being so lovely and humble.

Our room was warm, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet included gluten free bread and soya milk as standard which was great. The staff are clearly hard working and courteous. There is parking around the back of the building. It is an underground car park which currently costs £13 per day of your stay which I thought was proportional and reasonable for a city centre hotel. I would use this hotel again.

We have stayed here many times over the years, usually when we are in town to see a show at the Utilita arena, which is a fifteen minute walk away by the canal from the hotel. We always have a great stay in this hotel, the rooms are comfortable, the staff are amazing, the location is central and it has its own underground car park. Highly recommended

Albeit a bit basic, the room was nice and clean. The problem was the bed and bedding. The bed itself was uncomfortable. The duvet was less than 1cm thick in the middle of winter and the pillows were lumpy and hard. Had the worst night sleep ever! The staff were lovely and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast hence why I've given 2 and not 1 star.

Lovely friendly staff and a fabulously comfy bed. Our room didn’t have much of a view but we were off out so wasn’t an issue. Shower was really good with shampoo and body wash provided. Plenty of towels too. Plug points for charging devices by the bed. Breakfast was included. Kids eat free. Nice view by the window and loads of places to charge phone which is a big plus point for me. Food was buffet style and really good. City centre is a few minutes down the road Definitely recommend
