Good and clear communication, Good connection with his learners, Engaging. However, sometimes the questions he asks should be repeated or simplify them to aid understanding further in order to gain an answer from his audience. slow down with the long-winded questions otherwise it is very good.

I spent £60 expecting a professional service, they tell you “a hard copy will be sent for free”but later on they ask you to put a review to receive a hard copy of your document. Total scam. Don’t spend your money if your a professional.
