   Very pleased with my stay here with the price and service. Extremely grateful for Dot at the desk who was extremely professional, kind, supportive and friendly towards me. I was in a bad place when I came here and she welcomed me with her warmth will be forever in gratitude for her kindness what a gentle soul. Pls give her a pay rise she deserves it.    Greated by a lovely reception team, rooms are clean, definitely in need of updating but, they are currently refurbished the hotel. Location was good, 10 -15 minute walk to the centre. Could of done with a hairdryer but. As a budget hotel I should of thought of that before jumping in the shower. A tasty continental breakfast, good value for money and a very quiet night sleep

   A basic hotel in a pretty handy location. The bonus was being able to nab a parking space there (£10 for 24hrs), but these aren't guaranteed spots. The rooms were spotless, but the mattresses very firm. The staff were a delight - super helpful/friendly.

   Very happy with our stay. Towels and all-in-one wash provided (we brought our own). Shower was perfect temp and good pressure. Mattress was hard, which some people might not like. My only quibble would be the pillows, but since we brought our own towels we used the towels provided as pillow boosts. No kettle, wasn't a problem for us, but would say bring plenty of water as rooms are quite dry. Staff were all lovely. Would gladly book again.

   You get what you pay for. Rooms are very affordable but very basic and smaller than expected however the price you pay for it. Makes it fair. The room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location wise its in the centre of the city which is convenient just means a lot of traffic surronding the area.

   You honestly pay for what your getting. Me and my partner stopped here after a few drinks around Birmingham, great location and everything within walking distance. Hotel itself is very tired and poorly maintained. Staff were friendly but very minimal, loads of noise from the road with constant sirens and horns. Lift was like waiting for a train very unpredictable and took so long in the end just used the stairs. I don’t think I will be stopping at the hotel again I’ll pay the extra for somewhere nice and quite.

   Beyond basic. Room felt like a mix of a prison cell and student accommodation. The shower was basically in the bedroom. The sink was in the bedroom. £114 a night is not cheap enough for this place. One lift didn't work the whole time. Parking was limited and you had to pay. The reason for two stars is because the staff were really nice otherwise would've been one!

   Lovely hotel and cheap prices. The beds were comfy and a really cool layout. Pretty much had everything you need in a basic room. Only issue was the shower door was very much see through frosted glass and wish we had the option of a kettle and tea in the room

   Can definitely say I couldn't fault the room..price was 345 for 4 nights for 3 of us.The room was clean,bedclothes crispy and cleaned regularly with change of towels..staff were lovely,friendly helpful and mannerly. Now the toilet,shower facility can be called strange or extremely useful...depending on how you look at it.. the shower was powerful and hot..a budget hotel I couldn't fault.
